PROPERTY MANAGEMENT FEE
Our monthly management fee is either a percentage equal to 10% of the gross income collected or a flat fee per unit with a $95 minimum as a Monthly Management Fee.
This fee includes rent collection, regular communication with your tenant(s), servicing maintenance requests along with evictions, accounting, and much more.
LEASING & RENEWALS FEES
Our leasing fee is equal to the first month’s rent. This includes marketing, showing, and leasing of your property. We cover everything from start to finish. We don't collect a fee until your property is rented!
Our renewal fee is $200 for every year we renew the lease.
IN-HOUSE PROPERTY MAINTENANCE
Property management and property maintenance are two sides of the same coin. Maintenance is both essential for preserving and for enhancing your property’s income and value. If done properly and regularly, property maintenance can be your greatest asset.
For in-house maintenance services, we charge $40/hour
SELLER REPRESENATION FEES
Since our inception, we've helped hundreds of property owners market and sell their properties. Our fees (commission) cover everything from marketing materials, photography, listing your property across multiple platforms, and access to our extensive network of potential buyers.
